Management Accounts
As a service, management accounting is unique from the preparation of your charity’s annual accounts. It should give you a regular heads-up display of the status of your finances so that you can make decisions relating to your charity with complete confidence.
We can deliver these account reports, monthly or quarterly, depending on how you’d like to receive them, and will display all the information in a format that’s as easy to understand as possible. Using charts, graphs, and other key metrics, we’ll give you an efficient way of working out whether your non-profit is on track against your key performance indicators (KPIs) and will let you spot if action is needed in a timely manner.
It’s not just about numbers, though. You’ll get all of our expertise and advice, with commentary that will help you know where to focus your gaze, as well as helpful tips to respond to any trends or issues that may arise.
With strong management accounts, you won’t be shocked by any bad pieces of information at the end of the fiscal year and will feel in complete control of your day-to-day affairs. This kind of knowledge is vital for running a successful charity.
