At RPD, people are at the heart of everything we do. We’re delighted to introduce four new members of our team who bring with them a wealth of enthusiasm, talent, and fresh perspectives. Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Sana Ashraf, Zamiya Velasco, and Shawn Rodrigues.

Sana Ashraf – Trainee Business Advisor

Sana recently graduated from the University of Sussex with a degree in Accounting and Finance, alongside valuable experience as a personal tax assistant. Before joining RPD, she dedicated her time to volunteering with the Debra charity, reflecting her drive to support others.

She describes herself as positive, fun, friendly, and organised, and her approach to work shines through. When she’s not crunching numbers, Sana enjoys tabletop games, reading, and writing. A fan of The Happy Fits and author L.M. Montgomery, she also has a soft spot for Turkey as her favourite holiday destination.

Zamiya Velasco – Trainee Business Advisor

Zamiya’s journey has taken her from the Philippines to the UK, where she studied Accounting and Finance at Bournemouth University while balancing work in the healthcare sector. She’s proud of adapting to a new country, excelling academically, and leading the Filipino Society on campus, all while being an active member of her volleyball team.

She describes herself as sociable, approachable, organised, and reliable – qualities we know will be invaluable at RPD. In her free time, Zamiya enjoys gaming (especially CS2), binge-watching K-Dramas, and playing volleyball. She’s also a big Blackpink fan and dreams of travelling the world to explore new cultures and cuisines.

Shawn Rodrigues – Trainee Business Advisor (Audit Department)

Shawn joins our Audit Department, motivated by the challenge of finding innovative solutions in an ever-changing financial landscape. His curiosity and problem-solving mindset make him a strong addition to the team.

When not at work, Shawn is a keen chess player and history enthusiast, with a particular interest in the Battle of Hydaspes in 326 BC. He’s also a fan of One Direction and Maroon 5, supports Bayern Munich, and lists Nuuk, Greenland, as his dream holiday destination.

We’re excited to see the contributions Sana, Zamiya, and Shawn will make as they grow their careers with us. Each brings unique strengths, experiences, and interests that enrich the culture here at RPD.
