One of our long-standing and loyal clients lost her father a few years ago and was faced with the prospect of having to apply for Probate. She started her application independently but realised that it is very complicated, and she didn’t have the time to go through the lengthy process herself.

Our client runs a freelance consultancy and uses many of our services. On mentioning that her father had passed away we explained that we can help with the Probate application.

She has always found our team to be approachable, personable and fantastic to get on with. She liked that we didn’t offer a standard service, instead, tailoring our offer for clients depending on how much assistance and support a client wanted.

The lady was keen to do some of the work herself and we supported her 100% with this. We didn’t make it the case that we have to complete everything ourselves and the client really appreciated being able to feel part of the process. She would remark on feeling confident she was in safe hands with us and we kept her informed throughout the whole process.

The client’s grandfather had also passed away several years before and she was receiving correspondence from a local bank. At first the client didn’t really think anything of it and wasn’t going to pursue it. However, we suggested that we could look into this for her and took this off her hands. After several weeks, we were able to give the client the pleasant surprise of locating several documents and substantial money in a previously unknown bank account. The client was extremely pleased that we went that extra mile. Had it not been for us the client says she would never have pursued it, nor discover the money left for her.

If you have any questions or concerns about applying for Probate, we’d be happy to have a chat with you. As our client mentions, we tailor our services to suit you.
