At Richard Place Dobson we like to think of the production of your annual business accounts as just the first step in the process.  But we don't want to leave it there; we want to help you, as our strap-line suggests, to change those numbers to your advantage in the future.

Following completion of the year end business accounts we can review the figures with you and, by using our business analysis software, review the trends and ratios in your business.  We can then undertake 'what if' analysis, to understand the effect that relatively small changes in the way that you operate can affect your bottom line.  We will then discuss with you concrete ways of putting those changes into place, building an action plan of improvements for the business in the coming year.

The action plan can then be monitored through our quarterly Boardview meetings if required. This helps you to keep on track with those changes in order to make real incremental improvements in the performance of your business, year on year.
