Business Success Club
Our Business Success Club takes a small group of like-minded but non-competing entrepreneurs, meeting monthly and working through a six-session business development programme.
Facilitated by our AVN Business Coach and one of our Directors and hosted at our offices, the sessions are flexible as to contact, but can include:
- Goals and Challenges
- Building a Success Plan
- The 'End Game'
- Successful Sales and Marketing
- Profit improvement
- Team development
Our experience is that the group is quickly able to share experiences, provide mutual support and accountability and learn from each other. Our Business Coach ensures that momentum from each session is maintained and transferred into real change for the businesses represented.
